The application shows the lack of updates, but really they are. I tried to create a manifest from a fat client, but get an error.

I think that when i do deploy the service pack manifest file is not created or still created, but go to the wrong place.


Create a package like this:
1. On deployment server I create update package on Full Package
2. Click Define Build (Server Only, Build Specification Options, Stop-Build Option = 01, Compress Server Package = Off). In Report (R9621S_XJDE0001): Build Completed Successfully
3. Click Deployment. Flag is set: Enterprise Server.
4. Opt for a branch Enterprise server and click Deploy

Enterprise server: The system builds specs from Central Objects, placing the results in the package's spec tables, <table name>_<package name> (for example, F98710_DV910UPD) in the database.

Things to check for the JDBC drivers not found error:

1. Make sure the [JDBj-JDBC DRIVERS] section in the JDBJ.INI is properly configured. Use the correct drivers for your installation.
   In this example, the Oracle and SQL drivers need to be uncommented.
   
2. The generator will try to find the drivers according to the following section in the GEN_OAS.BAT or GEN_WLS.BAT:
   The directory for the JDBC drivers and broker .jars
   set O_JDBC_DIR=%OW_DIR_BASE%\MISC
   Make sure the ...\MISC directory exists and that all the drivers needed (Ex: classes12.jar and the sqljdbc.jar) are in this folder.
   
3. A copy of jdbc driver (JAR files) needs to be here as well:
   The base directory of the Oracle Application Server library.(for servlet.jar)
   set J2EE_HOME_LIB=ºSE_OW_WEB_DIR%\j2ee\home\lib
   
4. The last section of the GEN_OAS.BAT or GEN_WLS.BAT gives the classpath for the JDBC drivers. Make sure the ones to be used are uncommented.
   In this case only Oracle and SQL drivers are uncommented:
