I am struggling to understand why an RTE is not getting triggered for a particular sales order type.
We currently have 2 sales order types SO - Standard Sales order including transportation and another sales order S6 - For non stock sales orders.
We are using RTE filtering (P4230) and filtering on last status 620.
Order Activity Rules for S6 orders 520/569, 569/580, 580/620, 620/999
Order activity rules for SO orders 520/525, 525/560, 560/580, 580/620, 620/999
Inventory interface is on for SO orders, and set to B for non stock orders
We are using a web portal to enter the orders and calling the standard Sales Order BSSV to create the sales order in JDE passing different versions, depending on the order type
When an SO order is entered, the BSSV creates the order and an RTE is triggered (RTSOOUT, RTSOOOUT2)
When an S6 order is entered, the BSSV creates the order but no RTE is triggered
Initially, when set up, we were filtering out S6 orders (irrespective of status), we then changed this to only filter out at last status 620
Stopped and restarted the RTE server, still not getting fired.
What am I missing?
