E9.2 RID invalid Error

Dear List,

"[SEVERE] - [RUNTIME] RID invalid for login environment for user"


Any idea what would cause this error. We see this error almost on a daily basis for various users.
is this something that would cause an issue or can be safely ignored?

We see this in the JAS logs.

No no changes on tools recently.
And we have been seeing this error for quite some time now.
